I went to Madagascar for ten days. The telecommunication system being what it is (it sometimes proves to be a challenge just to use the phones), I was not able to update my blog on a regular basis. As you can probably imagine, there’s a million and one things to say about the country, but I am inherently lazy and my memory is often shoddy. Solution? A cope-out! I am posting 15 of the least fuzzy pictures and attaching labels to them. Enjoy the photo account.

The Malagasy Ambassador called us today, to submit a strong protest: he thinks you should be ashamed of yourself for not writing more about his beautiful country! I told him you're American now anyway, so he said: "Oh, well then that's normal."
