If you ever wanted to justify buying a chainsaw - this would be the time to do it.I hope you made sure your insurance policy covers flooding and sewer back-up. Especially sewer backup...I would keep a snorkel close-by and a bilge pump under the bed... you can never be too prepared.S./
Man, I wish I had thought about the chainsaw and the snorkel. Thank God it didn't come to that...
